THE CURIOUS GARDEN
THEATRE INSTALLATION
We began by planting a tree. Then, we added wildflowers, bushes, and ferns. Soon after, bees, butterflies, and small birds arrived… THE CURIOUS GARDEN tells the story of the making of our own garden - and how even the smallest actions can make a big difference!
Inside the theatre installation, audiences move freely between interactive stations, creating moments of connection and immersion for both children and adults. Live music by Christian Schrøder and short stories by Pernille Bach guide the audience through this engaging, interactive experience.
“The Curious Garden inspires everyone to go exploring (…) The universe is complete and accomplished”. **** ISCENE
THE CURIOUS GARDEN is designed for children aged 3-6 accompanied by an adult. The installation is flexible and can be adapted to a variety of indoor spaces — from galleries and museums to theatres, libraries, cultural centres, concert halls, etc.
We also offer a smaller, portable adaptation called BLOOM - a theatre experience with an in-built workshop designed to reach smaller venues, remote areas or places with limited resources for hosting the full installation. Contact us to learn more!
THE UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
The theatre installation THE CURIOUS GARDEN is a sensory experience reflecting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals on Health & Well-Being (3), Climate Action (13), and Life on Land (15). Through music, stories, and interactive experiences, children and adults are inspired to discover how small actions can create big changes – for the climate, well-being, and biodiversity. The performance brings the Global Goals to life, making them accessible and full of hope – even for the youngest.
