WE LIVE HERE - TOGETHER

A Polish theatre festival for families with young children.

21-24 May in Odder, Denmark

All events are free!

Over four days, families with children aged 2–6 are invited to experience a unique series of events including performances (watch trailer here), a creative workshop, a family concert, and an engaging lecture – all designed especially for the very young and their adults.

This international mini-festival is presented by our visiting partners from Poland – Art Fraction Foundation and Animation Theatre – and hosted by Theatre Madam Bach here in Odder.

FESTIVAL PROGRAM

This lecture explores the philosophical dimension of children’s subjectivity in Polish theatre for the very young, focusing on the ethical and artistic practices that shape performances for audiences aged 0–3.

  • Friday, May 23 at 10am + 11:30am: Performance: “WE LIVE HERE” - An interactive performance for children aged 2 to 4 and their adults. A sensory journey through movement, dance, and objects, exploring community, cooperation, and togetherness.

WHY THIS FESTIVAL?

Theatre Madam Bach regularly connects with artists across the world, creating and sharing theatre for young audiences through international networks. It was through this work that we met our Polish colleagues, and we are proud to host them and their inspiring work here in Odder for this special event.

Come explore art, imagination, and togetherness – right here in your local community.
